Therefore, the stock of available homes is somewhat older. If looking for homes in Uintah, be prepared to look at homes that are a bit older. But this also means that these homes offer larger lots, mature landscaping, and great pricing. With average home values in the low-200s, you’ll be hard-pressed to afford so much home for the same dollar. Price per square foot for homes in Uintah is staggeringly low at less than $95.
